I bought this car as a running original in 1981, drove it the first summer but 28 hp is pretty boring.
Stored it for many years and about 25 years ago I built a frame and front suspension, then it was stored again as I moved to another town. And so it went on year after year but around 2014 I blew the dust off it and started working on it again. During the time when no work was done I collected parts so now I have almost everything I need to finish it.
The body is painted now with House of Kolors Apple red Candy. The engine and trans are done already so my time is the biggest problem. The chromer took his time, I didn't get the parts until late november. Now the wiring is taking my time. The upholstery guy have done the floor mats, head liner and side panels are to come.
I did hope to drive it the summer of 2019, but reality jumped up and 2020 is what I wait for now. We have got it running now and it purrs like a kitten. The first test drive resulted in a broken transmission so I had to reverse back home. It's fixed now so I wait for inspection to be passed.
See you out there
